Stage 2 What is my site going to be about? I’m going to choose Weight Loss as my general theme and narrow down the focus to losing weight without dieting and without the need for a strenuous exercise routine. I’m aiming at people who want to lose weight and at the same time get themselves into shape without fasting and without killing themselves with an unnecessary exercise regime. The exercises I advocate can be done without great effort by both men and women and the life style change will not be draconian. But obviously the people following my slimming plan cannot lose weight and keep it off by leading their present life style. If nothing changes, nothing will be different. Since my focus is on getting into shape, I shall be able to suggest products that will help in the process - exercise equipment, helpful books, skin care products for the ladies, effective slimming pills and patches etc The people I’m not targeting are the overweight without the willpower to stop themselves over eating and over drinking alcohol, especially beer. Such people usually go on a crash diet only to find that they pile on the weight once they come off the diet. Almost invariably they end up weighing more than before they started on their dieting crash course.
