Chris Farrell came to the Internet in 2008 and now runs a very profitable membership site full of all manner of resources to help beginners to get started online, making enough money to give up thoughts of working for a boss.

The whole thing is very professional and he doesn’t mind sharing his secrets for free with anyone who might be interested in starting a business online. It’s all very clever stuff and you are encouraged to join his membership site if you want to get your hands on all the things and advice you are going to need.

Not a bad read if you’re a novice, otherwise a bit tedious in parts. Nicely illustrated, though.

I have ploughed my way through these videos and must confess I ended up rather confused. They explain very painstakingly how to go about doing certain things that you need to know how to do, but they really don’t help you to put everything together. I can’t imagine a novice viewing these videos and then dashing off a money-making website by 3.45 this afternoon.

You learn how Chris Farrell created one of his sites, but you end up thinking it might be best to create a site promoting his sites and using his squeeze page, download page, thank you page and his aWeber follow-up emails. Maybe, he hopes you will join his membership site and try to find out from what is on his site how to cobble together your own personal affiliate website. Let’s face it. There are plenty of places online where you can get how-to videos that explain the same things that are among Chris Farrell’s
videos. However, few beginners are capable of baking the web business cake. There find there are too many doubts and technical problems to solve.

I think some simplification is needed and wonder if the process is better explained on his membership site.

The benefits page is very long, so I won’t copy it all out. Instead just click on this link and you will be taken to the Benefits Page and be able to judge things for yourself.

I’ve had quite a good look round the site and can’t help feeling that the average beginner could very quickly suffer from information overload. I read enthusiastic comments from people beginning a course, but suspect that further along the line they could well be bewildered. I think there are far too many videos and far too much repetition. I much prefer a written blueprint that I can print off and study at my leisure.

I still want to see Chris Farrell simplifying things. A plethora of video information puts me off. I’d rather he simply told me the steps I need to take in order to put up a profitable website. Instead he seems to be concentrating on gathering members to his membership site and leaving everyone to struggle to discover how best to put together the sort of business he advocates.

I must say his membership site is impressive. There is a veritable mountain of useful information on the site, but that to me is its weak point. showering people with advice and information could have them running for shelter.
